How we’re paid,
plainly.
A useful property conversation includes the people being paid, what their work covers and the costs beyond the purchase price.

Every fee.
Every relationship.
In writing.
Ask Bell Morgan for a written explanation of its fee or commission, who pays it and whether any amount is payable by you. Understand any relationship with the builder, developer or other provider.
Bell Morgan is a licensed estate agency. When a home we present is purchased, we may receive a sales commission, marketing payment or other benefit from its builder, developer or vendor. The amount and structure vary between projects and providers.
Before you sign anything, we tell you in writing about any commission or benefit that applies to the home you’re considering, and about any relationship we have with a provider we introduce you to, as the law requires. Any fee for a service you engage, such as conveyancing, advice or lending, is set out in that provider’s own agreement with you.
Make room for
the other costs.
Request written quotes for your actual structure and property. These categories are a checklist, not estimates.
